- 2 / 5By Ted HansenI would have given Cocina just one star, but some of the food & drink tilted me to give two. The cold, hard fact is that this place is understaffed. Only one server, one host, and one busboy for the dinner shift. The place was maybe half filled and they were struggling to keep up with business... we had to really flag down our waitress when we needed something or were ready to leave. The kitchen is also understaffed as the food also took too long for the little business they had when we ordered. I've given this place multiple opportunities to impress me but the fact is everything takes too long and it could sadly be much better with just a couple more warm bodies working.December 04, 2016
