- 1 / 5By Buck SmithOne of the worst experiences of customer service I have ever encountered. We were told that there was one party of 2 ahead of us and the wait would be around 15 to 20 minutes. It turns out that there were 2 parties of 2 ahead of us. 4 parties that came in after us were seated and 2 groups that had left their names and were called.
After 30 minutes we said something and were told we had to wait for a 2 top. We left and called the manager. He said he was sorry but he couldn't put 2 at a table for 4.
